Comfort Children Ministry was founded by Cynthia James, CEO/Founder, on October 26, 1999. CCM was establish as a 501(c)(3) organization August of 2016. Mrs. James has a passion for children and developed this organization to help children break the cycle of poverty. CCM’s goal is to address critical needs through early intervention for homeless, orphans, abused and neglected children by providing education, food, clothing and housing. We are dedicated to advocate to protect the rights of children throughout the world.

It is sad to note that hardships have adversely affected the normal growth of children. According to UNICEF, approximately 150 million children living without parents, others starve.
Orphans, as one of the most vulnerable social categories, face a high risk of sexual and labor exploitation, human and organ trafficking, they are limited to education and health care, many of them end up on the streets where they face harsh conditions and get killed sometimes before turning 18 years old.
